Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a House Manager or in a private residence.
• Fluent Arabic speaker preferred; English proficiency is not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise household staff, including scheduling, training, and evaluations.
• Coordinate daily household operations such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, and shopping.
• Plan and oversee events and parties hosted at the household.
• Ensure maintenance issues are addressed promptly.
• Maintain inventory and manage budgets for household expenses.
• Oversee vendors and contractors for repairs or renovations.
• Handle special requests from family members or guests.
