• 3+ years as a Personal Assistant, Operations Manager, or Lifestyle Manager within UHNW families.
• Proven ability to build systems and processes independently.
• Fluent English (C1) both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal, family, and business calendars and schedules.
• Plan end-to-end international travel and monitor budgets.
• Oversee properties and manage contractors.
• Reconcile family expenses and manage budgets.
• Coordinate household staff and manage tasks.
• Build and maintain processes in Notion.
