Job description

We are recruiting an experienced Western-trained Private Doctor for a full-time, permanent, one-to-one role in Dubai, delivering patient-centred care to an adult VIP in a stable, high-trust environment, with occasional international travel aboard a private yacht. You will lead clinical assessment and ongoing management, optimise chronic conditions, handle acute presentations, coordinate diagnostics and subspecialty input with premium private hospitals and clinics, and maintain precise documentation to ensure continuity and safety across residence, clinic, hospital and yacht. You will collaborate with a small standards-first team (private nurse, physiotherapist, concierge/security), exercising calm clinical leadership, discretion and clear family communication.

Requirements

• Medical degree from a recognised Western institution (EU, UK, US, CA, AUS, NZ)
• Minimum 5+ years post-specialisation
• Current or previous registration with GMC, IMC, AHPRA, MCNZ or equivalent
• English (C1+) or native
• Eligibility for DHA licensing and relocation to Dubai
• Proven autonomy and protocol-led practice in private/UHNWI settings
• Willingness for occasional international travel with all logistics handled
