Black & Grey HR is hiring a Live-in Chef for an executive and his family, based in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Arabic and Indian cuisines, with a flair for creating healthy, flavorful, and beautifully presented dishes suited to family-style dining.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for the CEO and family members as per their preferences.
• Create and plan weekly menus incorporating Arabic and Indian dishes.
• Ensure high standards of food hygiene, presentation, and taste always.
• Manage kitchen inventory, groceries, and stock levels efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
• Cater to dietary restrictions and health-conscious meal requests when required.
• Occasionally prepare meals for guests and small gatherings at the residence.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Private Chef / Household Chef / Executive Chef.
• Excellent knowledge of Arabic and Indian cuisine.
• Ability to adapt to family preferences and prepare both traditional and modern-style dishes.
• Must maintain discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
