Job summary

Honor Technology is seeking a seasoned corporate development professional to lead territories acquisition, valuation, and negotiation strategy for franchise expansion in the UAE and beyond.

You will partner with Finance, Operations and Legal teams to drive end-to-end due diligence, develop playbooks, and track KPIs for executive leadership. MBA preferred, 5–7 years in M&A or corporate strategy required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate development, M&A, private equity, or corporate strategy.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects with Operations, Legal, and Finance stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage deal models and assess valuations.

Responsibilities

• Assess territories available for sale for attractiveness and prioritize transactions.
• Develop territory valuation in collaboration with Finance and Operational teams.
• Develop negotiation strategy, deal terms, and LOI for transactions.
• Lead end-to-end franchise acquisition processes from indication of interest to close.
• Lead cross-functional due diligence processes with Finance, Operations, and Legal teams.
• Develop and enhance transaction playbooks to improve speed and ROI.
• Track, analyze, and present KPIs across acquired territories to executive leadership.
