Aldar Education invites applications for a Principal role in the UAE, with commencement in August 2027 or earlier. This is a senior leadership post within a growing network of Abu Dhabi schools, with a focus on strategic oversight and commitment to educational excellence.

The successful candidate will lead school-wide initiatives, uphold safeguarding standards, and drive sustainability and community engagement while working within the Abu Dhabi vision and Aldar’s development plans.

Aldar Education is currently seeking an inspirational school leader for the position of Principal within the UAE, commencing August 2027 or sooner by appointment, due to planned current and future expansion.

Minimum Qualifications

• - BA in Education or BA Degree with a relevant teaching qualification is essential
• - Master’s in Education or Education Leadership or NPQH or similar professional qualification.

Minimum Experience

• - A minimum of 10 years experience in education
• - A minimum of 5 years experience in a senior leadership position
