Amazon is seeking an EF Prime Analyst in the 3P -External Fulfillment Prime organization in Dubai to focus on delivering best in class prime customers experience in MENA.


As an EF Prime Analyst you will be involved in planning implementing and evaluating projects and initiatives ensuring high prime CX for our channel. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and overseeing the day-to-day strategy and operations for the channel. If you have a passion for data driven analysis delivery experience excellent organizational and leadership skills and the ability to drive strategic initiatives we encourage you to apply.


Key Job Responsibilities


  • Deep dive and drive initiatives in line with the organizations strategic goals and objectives

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and develop innovative solutions

  • Monitor and analyze data trends and seller performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations

  • Articulate business and technical requirements to effect process changes


Qualifications


  • 1 year of program/project management or business analyst experience

  • 1 year of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

  • 1 year of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

  • Bachelors degree

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

  • 1 year of driving data based analysis and recommendations

  • 1 year of driving process improvements experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
