Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Carpenter.
• Knowledge of woodworking techniques and carpentry tools.
• Ability to read technical drawings and operate tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on carpentry items throughout the hotel.
• Repair, install, and maintain wooden doors, frames, windows, cabinets, wardrobes, shelving, furniture, and fixtures.
• Carry out furniture restoration and minor upholstery repairs when required.
• Read, interpret, and follow technical drawings and maintenance schedules.
• Maintain carpentry tools, equipment and workspace in a safe condition.
• Coordinate with Engineering team during renovations and preventive maintenance.
