Flip retail in Sharjah, UAE, is seeking a Tile Setter/Mason to install ceramic, granite and marble surfaces with precision. You will prepare surfaces, shape tiles, and ensure long‑lasting results while following blueprints and project plans. The role requires reading plans, basic math, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Tile mason with at least 2 years of experience.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and operate tools.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Willingness to undergo on-the-job training.
• Ability to read blueprints and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Cut and lay ceramic tiles, shaping to fit edges.
• Prepare tile beds with concrete, mastic, mortar.
• Level and align tiles using straightedges and squares.
• Install and finish granite and marble surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces with waterproofing materials.
• Create decorative wall and floor designs with mosaics.
• Secure tiles firmly without breakage.
• Follow blueprints and mark areas to tile.
• Report to Site Project Manager or Owner.
