The ideal candidate will read blueprints, select appropriate paints, and work efficiently in varied spaces while maintaining safety and quality standards. Salary is 1,300 AED per month for this position, with immigrant candidates considered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in painting residential and commercial buildings.
• Ability to read blueprints/drawings accurately.
• Strong knowledge of different types of paint products.
• Excellent eye for detail.
• Ability to work in tight spaces with limited access.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling holes and cracks, cleaning and caulking.
• Mix paints to match colors and textures.
• Apply paints with brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
• Maintain cleanliness of painting tools and equipment.
• Protect customer furnishings and belongings on site.
• Keep accurate records of materials used on each job.
• Paint in accordance with safety requirements and practices.
• Maintain a positive attitude with customers.
