The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or equivalent, vocational training in heavy machinery, and a valid JCB or equivalent certification. 0–1 year of experience preferred; earthmoving and site management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with vocational training in heavy machinery operation preferred.
• Valid JCB operator certification or relevant heavy machinery certification is essential.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience operating JCB machinery in construction or related industries.
• Preference for candidates with experience in earthmoving, landscaping, and construction site management.

Responsibilities

• Operate JCB machinery to complete excavation, loading, and grading tasks with precision and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on JCB equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other operators to coordinate tasks and adhere to project timelines.
• Read and interpret blueprints and site plans to accurately execute construction projects.
