Job summary

Azizi Developments in Dubai seeks a Technical Manager to oversee all technical and engineering activities for precast manufacturing, ensuring compliance with drawings, standards, and client requirements.

You will coordinate with design, production, QA/QC, project management and site teams to deliver precast elements on time while mentoring the technical team and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Master’s degree preferred or advantageous.
• Professional certifications or training in precast concrete technology are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical and engineering functions of the precast factory.
• Review and coordinate precast shop drawings, structural drawings, reinforcement and connection details.
• Oversee coordination between consultants, clients, engineers, production, and project management.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering

Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering or related field
