Job summary

A leading provider of PPE solutions in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to expand its footprint in the construction and oil & gas sectors. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, a valid UAE driving license, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Candidates should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with a solid understanding of the UAE market. The position offers competitive base salary plus commission on performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in PPE, safety equipment, MEP, or industrial products.
  • Existing network in the UAE construction and/or oil & gas industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and close new business opportunities across construction, oil & gas, and industrial sectors.
  • Build and nurture relationships with procurement teams and decision-makers.
  • Promote PPE and industrial safety solutions aligned with local regulations.
  • Conduct on-site visits and client meetings to understand technical needs.
