This role involves collecting and analyzing department requirements and preparing trend analysis reports. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Power BI and Excel. The position requires the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines efficiently, with a joining timeframe of up to one month.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise with Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel and Power BI.
• Possess strong communication capabilities, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

We are currently looking Power BI- Customer Service for our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions.

Key Accountabilities

• Collect and analyze department requirements and prepare trend analysis reports from all monitoring activities within the Customer Experience Department.

Reporting & Documentation

• Assist in preparing reports in Excel and dashboards.
• Ensure timely submission of required reports.

Qualification & Experience

• Excellent oral and written skills in English.
• Must be an expert in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PPT, Power BI etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
