A technology solutions provider is seeking a Power BI Customer Service professional for their operations in Abu Dhabi. This full-time role emphasizes collecting and analyzing data to create trend analysis reports within the Customer Experience Department. Candidates should have excellent English skills and expertise in Microsoft 365 tools. The successful applicant will contribute to preparing and submitting reports in Excel and dashboards, all while working under pressure. A joining time frame of two weeks is anticipated.
We are currently looking Power BI- Customer Service for our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions.
Collect and analyze department requirements and prepare trend analysis reports from all monitoring activities within the Customer Experience Department.
Assist in preparing reports in Excel and dashboards.
Ensure timely submission of required reports.
Excellent oral and written skills in English.
Must be an expert in Microsoft 365 (Excel PPT Power BI etc.).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
