Job summary

#ABtalks is seeking a technically skilled Post Production Coordinator to join our in-house Post-Production team. You will own the edit schedule, brief in-house editors after shoots, coordinate with external partners, and manage the media server and backups to ensure smooth transitions from shoot to release.

This role requires highly organized, proactive individuals with strong media management and digital production workflow experience, capable of keeping deadlines and teams on track.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to run structured schedules and workflows across multiple episodes.

Responsibilities

• Own the edit schedule across all episodes and assign work to in-house editors.
• Brief editors after shoots with footage, notes and references to deliver first drafts within 2–3 days.
• Track episodes from shoot to final export, including versions, feedback, sound, subtitles and deliverables.
• Maintain an up-to-date episode library to flex release dates with confidence.
• Flag potential delays early and communicate missing assets or issues impacting timelines.
• Coordinate with external post-production partners for sound, editing, and subtitling tasks.
• Supervise the Subtitling Intern and onboard new interns during rotations.
• Manage media transfers, backups, server organization, and standardized file naming.
