Competenze

• Relevant degree in finance and accounting.
• Expertise in auditing customs operations and internal audit experience in customs.
• Professional certification (ACCA/CPA/CIA/CA) preferred.
• Proven experience in audit management, preferably in the industry sector.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Prepare comprehensive audit programs for audit assignments.
• Contribute to development of industry strategy and operational plans following Head of Sector guidance.
• Lead and oversee audits of Auditees, aligning services with strategic plans and government priorities.
• Present audit reports and discuss key findings and risks at audit conclusions.
• Coordinate follow up and reporting of corrective actions with relevant departments.
• Manage stakeholders and optimize engagement outcomes.
• Resolve audit issues and escalate complex matters to appropriate teams.
• Lead development of sector-related research, thought leadership, and market insights.
• Evaluate impact of regulatory changes on the audit plan.
• Stay updated on local and international laws affecting compliance and risk management.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members; develop audit capabilities.
