Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: No related work experience required.
• Certifications: CPR Certification and First Aid Certification required; training for recreation equipment as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key resource for all recreation activities and provide information about facilities.
• Encourage guests to participate in recreation activities and assist with scheduling.
• Promote safety rules, respond to emergencies, and assist injured guests until EMS arrives.
• Process payments for rental equipment, activities, or facility rentals where applicable.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized recreation facilities and equipment.
• Welcome guests and maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
