Job Description

Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily pool operations, ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Manage poolside amenities, including towels, lounge chairs, and cabanas.

Event Coordination:

  • Plan and execute poolside parties and events, working with the events team and other departments.
  • Coordinate logistics, including setup, staffing, catering, and entertainment.
  • Ensure events run smoothly and guests have a memorable experience.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure guests receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about poolside services and amenities, promoting a positive guest experience.
  • Handle special requests and VIP services with discretion and attention to detail.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Enforce pool safety rules and regulations, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Conduct regular safety drills and training sessions for pool staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of pool operations, including maintenance logs and incident reports.
