Job summary

Ministry of Finance, UAE is seeking a senior information technology and research specialist to manage national-level information across sectors, review studies, and implement research procedures. The role involves coordinating with internal and external entities, presenting findings, and ensuring execution of study plans.

Candidates should hold master’s and bachelor’s degrees in information technology and have a broad set of certifications in databases, cybersecurity, AI, and programming.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in information technology is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with relevant internal and external entities to prepare reports on policies related to the organization’s activities.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to present research findings and outcomes.
• Conduct field follow-ups on research activities and ensure their implementation in accordance with approved plans.
• Participate in the implementation of all plans and policies established by the organization concerning the preparation and execution of studies and research related to its activities.
• Identify appropriate sources of information required for preparing studies on the organization’s policies, strategies, plans, programs, and special project studies, and submit the findings to the concerned stakeholders.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the direct supervisor.
• Document research and study findings and prepare technical reports on their outcomes.
