Job summary

SearchPlus HR in the UAE seeks a qualified Podiatrist to join a reputable healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will assess, diagnose, and manage foot, ankle, and lower-limb conditions with patient-centered care to improve mobility and foot health.

You will provide routine and specialised foot care, manage diabetic foot conditions, educate patients on foot hygiene and footwear, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Recognised qualification in Podiatry or an equivalent relevant qualification.
• Relevant clinical experience in podiatry.
• Knowledge of foot and ankle conditions, wound care, and preventive foot care.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and ankle conditions.
• Provide routine and specialised foot care, including treatment of corns, calluses, ingrown toenails, and other podiatric conditions.
• Manage diabetic foot conditions and assist in preventing complications.
• Perform appropriate podiatric procedures within the scope of practice.
• Educate patients on foot hygiene, footwear, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow infection-control and patient-safety standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive patient care.
