The successful candidate will manage various reporting dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau, and ensure data accuracy across multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities include automating reporting processes and preparing management presentations to enhance project performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project reporting dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports covering cost, schedule, risk, progress, performance, and key project KPIs.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across multiple stakeholders and reporting sources.
• Integrate data from Primavera P6, ERP systems, risk tools, Excel trackers, and other project platforms.
• Analyze trends, delays, cost impacts, risks, and project performance indicators.
• Support PMO and senior leadership with clear, actionable reporting.
• Automate reporting processes and improve data workflows.
• Prepare management presentations and executive dashboards.
• Coordinate with planning, cost, risk, engineering, and project control teams.
