PMC Site Coordinator (Permit Issuer) is responsible for coordinating daily site activities on ADNOC Onshore projects, implementing and enforcing the ADNOC Work Management System (WMS) Permit-to-Work (PTW) requirements, ensuring safe work execution and compliance with ADNOC's HSE policies and procedures. This role bridges site operations, contractors, and permit systems to ensure work is authorized and monitored correctly before, during, and after execution.
