Wood is seeking a Sr. Fabrication Site Manager - EPC2 to lead all fabrication yard and site activities for a major ADNOC Offshore project in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
You will ensure safe execution, quality compliance, on-schedule delivery, and effective coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, and commissioning teams. The role requires extensive offshore fabrication experience, strong leadership, and ability to manage large multicultural teams in a demanding oil & gas
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 20+ years of experience on large oil and gas development projects.
- 5+ years of managerial experience.
- Extensive fabrication management on EPC/PMC projects.
- Strong knowledge of offshore fabrication, welding, QA/QC processes.
- Experience leading multicultural fabrication yard teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of twenty (20) years of relevant experience on large oil and gas development projects
- Minimum of five (5) years of Managerial experience.
- Extensive experience in fabrication management within large-scale EPC/PMC oil & gas projects.
- Strong knowledge of offshore fabrication, welding, inspection, QA/QC processes, and construction practices.
- Demonstrated experience managing large multicultural teams within fabrication yards and offshore project environments.
