Job summary

Wood is seeking a Senior Procurement Lead to steer all procurement activities for ADNOC projects within the PMC team. You will design and implement procurement strategies, align schedules with the master plan, and identify long-lead items for early procurement.

You will prequalify suppliers, manage performance, and foster strategic relationships with key vendors to ensure compliant, timely delivery. This role requires a deep understanding of ADNOC standards, budgets, and contractual

Qualifications

• Extensive procurement leadership experience on large energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC procurement standards.
• Ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies.
• Experience with supplier prequalification and vendor management.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination with ADNOC, EPCs and suppliers.

The Role

To lead and manage all procurement activities within the PMC team for ADNOC projects, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, project timelines, budget constraints, and contractual requirements. The role ensures strategic sourcing, contractor/vendor selection, and effective coordination between ADNOC, EPC contractors, and suppliers.
