Wood is recruiting an experienced PMC Lead Engineering (Island Design) for an ADNOC project in Abu Dhabi. Based in Abu Dhabi, the role leads offshore island design activities, coordinating civil, structural, marine, geotechnical, pipelines and interfaces to deliver safe, compliant engineering deliverables and design reviews for the project.

The candidate will provide technical leadership, ensure adherence to international codes and client requirements, and work within a multidisciplinary team

Wood is currently recruiting for an experienced PMC Lead Engineering (Island Design) for our ADNOC project in Abu Dhabi within our Oil, Gas & New Energies business.

Due to the nature of the projects and client expectation, the position will be based full time at our client office in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

The Role

Lead and manage the offshore island design engineering activities for a PMC project, ensuring that all engineering deliverables, interfaces, technical studies, and design reviews are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, international codes, and client requirements.

The role will provide technical leadership for the island design discipline and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities involving civil, structural, marine, geotechnical, offshore facilities, pipelines, utilities, and construction interfaces.
