You will install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings, diagnose faults, and ensure safety compliance. Prior experience is preferred but not required; high school diploma or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training is a plus.
• Previous plumbing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of plumbing materials and tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
• Diagnose malfunctions of plumbing systems to determine necessary repairs.
• Inspect drainage systems to identify issues with fittings, fixtures, or pipes.
• Install water supply lines for baths, showers, sinks, toilets, and other appliances.
• Repair leaks in water mains, pipes, faucets, tanks or drains.
• Test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
• Follow applicable safety rules when working with hazardous materials such as lead solder or asbestos insulation material.
