Qualifications

• Proven experience as a plumber or similar role.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow building codes.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues (leaks, clogs).
• Troubleshoot plumbing problems and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete complex projects.
• Read blueprints and follow building codes to ensure proper installation.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Keep track of materials and supplies needed for each job.
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
