Job summary

Want More in Ajman, UAE is seeking an experienced plumber for a full-time onsite role to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. You will read blueprints, follow building codes, and ensure safe, effective operation of water, drainage, and gas lines.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of plumbing experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and technical plumbing training. UAE driving license is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a plumber.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical training in plumbing preferred.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use hand/power tools effectively.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain plumbing systems according to building codes.
• Read blueprints and technical diagrams to determine layout of plumbing systems.
• Repair or replace broken pipes, valves or fixtures.
• Test plumbing systems for leaks using air or water pressure gauges.
• Use hand and power tools to cut, bend and thread pipes.
• Follow safety procedures at all times while working on job sites.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.
