Job description

What you will be doing:

• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of plumbing equipment including water supply systems sewer pumps and drainage networks throughout the property.
• Install repair and maintain various plumbing fixtures and systems including sinks tubs toilets water heaters and conditioners.
• Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing systems including cleaning fat traps soil pipes and roof-level ventilation and rainwater outlets.
• Review building plans and specifications to determine plumbing layouts and material requirements.
• Install supports and hangers for pipes fixtures and equipment ensuring proper positioning and functionality.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to execute preventive and annual maintenance programs.
• Adhere to all safety rules and regulations while performing job duties and following departmental procedures.
• Report daily work progress and completed trouble reports to the Team Leader or foreman.

Qualifications:

• Vocational certificate or diploma in electronics or technical studies maintenance
• Experience in a similar hospitality field
• Ability to speak clearly English
• Skills in the following categories: Plumbing Pipe fighting Water Heater Boilers Electrical (an advantage) General Maintenance
