Job summary

Responsibilities cover leak repair, system installation, pump servicing, testing and record-keeping. The ideal candidate holds an ITI or recognized plumbing trade certificate with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• ITI Certificate or a recognized trade certificate in Plumbing.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant, hands-on plumbing experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and repair active water leaks and clear blockages across drainage and sanitary systems.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, sanitary fittings, and pipe layouts.
• Maintain the overall integrity of water supply and drainage systems.
• Service and monitor water pumps and booster systems, replacing faulty valves as required.
• Conduct pressure tests on pipeline networks to verify system safety.
• Repair and maintain irrigation lines to support building landscape operations.
• Provide prompt assistance and technical troubleshooting during plumbing emergencies.
• Maintain accurate logs, maintenance records, and work-order updates.
