Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive experience in food or FMCG manufacturing.
• 3-5 years in leadership positions.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and HSE standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations from raw intake to packaging.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Develop and manage production budgets.
• Oversee maintenance and reliability of all machinery.
