Summary

The Plant Coordinator in the Logistics Section is responsible for daily allocations of equipment and transport to various projects, coordinating operators and drivers, mobilizing equipment to projects, and ensuring accurate documentation. They will also be involved in preparing daily/monthly summaries using MS Excel and company software.

Job Responsibilities
  • Allocate equipment and transport to projects based on project requests
  • Assign operators and drivers to projects and prepare daily timesheets
  • Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of equipment to projects via low bed trailer
  • Ensure complete documentation is maintained for all logistical activities
  • Update plant items status (working, standby, breakdown) and prepare lists of standby equipment and operators
  • Prepare and update daily/monthly summaries using MS Excel and company software
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience in logistics coordination within a plant or similar environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other company software for data summaries
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
