Job summary

NexRevo Global in the United Arab Emirates is seeking Senior Planning Engineers to support project scheduling, progress monitoring and project controls for large-scale building and infrastructure projects.

The roles require strong Primavera P6 expertise and hands-on experience with baseline, recovery and revised programmes. You will collaborate with project managers, site teams, consultants and subcontractors to ensure alignment with approved schedules, milestones and delivery objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 15+ years of relevant construction planning experience.
  • Strong and proven proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining baseline, recovery, and revised programmes.
  • Strong experience in progress monitoring, schedule updating, resource planning, and project controls.
  • Experience preparing S-curves, manpower histograms, cash flow forecasts, progress reports, and planning dashboards.
  • Experience in delay analysis, schedule impact assessment and EOT documentation.
  • Knowledge of BOQ review, resource loading, cost loading, and productivity monitoring.
  • Experience coordinating with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
  • Experience in large-scale building, infrastructure, or major construction projects is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Prepare and maintain baseline, recovery, revised, and detailed project programmes in line with project requirements.
  • Monitor planned vs. actual progress and identify schedule deviations, delays, and potential risks.
  • Collect and validate progress information from site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain S-curves, progress reports, manpower histograms, cash flow forecasts, and other project planning reports.
  • Support resource loading and cost loading within project schedules.
  • Review BOQs, quantities, resources, productivity, and work progress to support effective project planning and monitoring.
  • Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders regarding programme requirements.
  • Monitor project milestones, critical activities, interfaces, and key deliverables to support timely project completion.
  • Identify potential delays and schedule risks and support the development of corrective and recovery measures.
  • Assist with delay analysis, extension of time (EOT) documentation, and schedule impact assessments.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly planning updates, dashboards, progress presentations, and management reports.
  • Support productivity monitoring and compare planned resources and progress against actual site performance.
  • Maintain accurate planning records, programme updates, progress data, and project controls documentation.
  • Senior Planning Engineers will review overall planning activities, coordinate with project stakeholders, and provide guidance and technical support to junior planners.

We are seeking Senior Planning Engineers to support project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and project controls for large-scale building, infrastructure, and construction projects.

These roles are suited to planning professionals with strong Primavera P6 expertise and hands-on experience in project scheduling, progress monitoring, resource planning, reporting, and schedule control.

The Planning Engineers will work closely with project managers, site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure projects remain aligned with approved schedules, milestones, and delivery objectives.

We are also expanding across engineering, planning, HSE, QA/QC, drafting, commercial, procurement, and site supervision functions.

Role Summary
