Job summary

Confidential Careers in Dubai seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead planning and execution for multiple engineering, contracting, and services projects within the Juma Al Majid Group. The role focuses on sustaining growth, consolidation, and enhanced performance across business units in the contracting sector.

You will develop project plans, schedules and dashboards, manage budgets and resources, coordinate with installation teams, and monitor progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of project management experience in construction/engineering.
• Experience with budget management and cost estimation.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and schedules based on scope, resources and constraints.
• Prepare cost-loaded and resource-loaded programs.
• Develop detailed baselines with dependencies and constraints.
• Create detailed schedules using Primavera P6 to outline tasks, timelines and milestones.
• Identify critical path and mitigation actions.
• Monitor progress and report deviations to management.
