Responsibilities

• Understand the entire project lifecycle and prepare a detailed project scope.
• Develop a resource-loaded, logically sequenced detailed project baseline schedule.
• Establish progress reporting formats and frequencies.
• Verify and consolidate manpower, equipment, tools, and consumables requirements.
• Set up alerts for all critical contractual and milestone dates.
• Extract and communicate look-ahead schedules to all relevant teams.
• Identify and monitor critical and near-critical activities.
• Provide scheduling support to the Project Manager.
• Review job packages and participate in progress walkdowns.
