Job summary

Live Connections is hiring a Planning Engineer – Substation Electrical for location UAE site-based work. The role requires 8–12 years of experience and an engineering degree.

You will lead detailed project schedules, baselines, look-ahead and recovery planning for high voltage substations, coordinating with multiple teams and ensuring milestone alignment. Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office is essential, with the ability to manage critical path analysis, EOT reports, and resource

Qualifications

• HV Substation project experience is required.
• Willingness to work at UAE project sites.
• Candidates from India or the Middle East may apply.
• Willingness to travel within UAE based on project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Develop baseline schedules for electrical packages and align with milestones.
• Monitor project progress and regularly update schedules.
• Perform critical path analysis and identify delays with corrective actions.
• Conduct EOT (Extension of Time) analysis and prepare reports.
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials and equipment effectively.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction and QA/QC teams.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules, recovery plans and progress reports.
• Maintain accurate project planning documentation and records.
• Support the project team in achieving cost, time and quality objectives.
