Job summary

Apparel Group is seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to drive robust reporting and data-driven decision making. You will prepare daily to monthly MIS reports for the Planning team, extract data from multiple sources, and build automated dashboards to support sales, inventory and KPI reviews.

The role emphasizes advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH), Power Query for data transformation, and VBA for automation, with Power BI experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with Excel: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, complex formulas and data analysis.
• Proficient in Power Query for data extraction, transformation and automation.
• Experience with Excel Macros/VBA for report automation.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple reporting requirements under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports for Planning on daily, weekly, and monthly cadences.
• Extract, consolidate, validate and analyze large data sets from multiple sources.
• Develop automated reports and dashboards to support planning decisions.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions and Macros to streamline reporting and reduce manual effort.
• Support analysis of sales, inventory, stock movement, and key KPIs.
• Ensure accuracy and timely availability of all reports and data.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate reporting processes.
• Create standardized reporting formats and databases.
• Support management presentations and periodic business reviews.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data and satisfy reporting requirements.
