Job summary

T-ALL Inspection is seeking a Pipeline Integrity Expert to lead the unit's integrity program, including risk assessments, ILI coordination, and data analysis. The role requires a Bachelor's in a relevant engineering field and 3–5 years of experience in pipeline integrity and related areas.

Fluency in English is required, with preference for candidates having international project exposure and familiarity with integrity databases and GIS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Oil and Gas Transportation Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in pipeline engineering, asset integrity management, or ILI data analysis.
• Candidates with overseas oil and gas field experience are preferred.
• Professional certifications in Pipeline Integrity are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Formulate pipeline integrity management rules, manuals and procedures.
• Prepare annual work programs, budgets and comprehensive summaries.
• Identify hazards, perform risk assessments and HCA identification.
• Develop pipeline-by-pipeline, station-by-station integrity schemes.
• Coordinate ILI, direct assessment, data evaluation and corrosion monitoring.
• Manage data collection, storage, analysis and reporting of integrity data.
• Organize training programs for pipeline integrity personnel.
• Ensure digital construction alignment with company requirements.
• Follow QHSE regulations and support the Technical Service Manager.

• Regulations & Compliance：Organize the formulation of the unit's pipeline integrity management implementation rules, manuals, procedural documents, and operational work instructions, ensuring absolute consistency with the Company’s general integrity framework.
• Annual Planning & Reporting：Responsible for formulating the unit's annual pipeline integrity management work programs and budgets (WP&B), tracking the performance, and preparing comprehensive annual work summary reports.
• Hazard & Risk Assessment：Organise and conduct risk identification, quantitative risk assessment, and High-Consequence Area (HCA) identification for all facilities within the unit’s jurisdiction.
• Tailored Mitigation Schemes：Responsible for formulating and implementing specific pipeline-by-pipeline, station-by-station, and section-by-section integrity management schemes ("One Pipeline One Scheme", "One Station One Scheme", "One Zone One Scheme").
• Program Implementation：Organise and implement all pipeline integrity management activities, including inline inspection (ILI), direct assessment, data evaluation, corrosion monitoring, specialized maintenance, repairs, and risk mitigation measures.
• Data Management & Reporting：Responsible for the collection, sorting, storage, structured analysis, and official reporting of all facility integrity-related data within the unit.
• Technical Training：Organise and facilitate professional and technical training programs for pipeline integrity management personnel within the unit to promote knowledge exchange.
• Supervision & Performance：Organise and carry out the internal supervision, field inspections, and performance compliance evaluation regarding pipeline integrity management at the unit level.
• Digital Construction Alignment：Ensure that the unit’s pipeline integrity management system matches and integrates seamlessly with the requirements of digital and intelligent pipeline construction.
• General Duties：Follow up the company QHSE regulations, and undertake similar or related duties as requested by the Technical Service Manager.
• Educational Background：Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or above in Oil and Gas Transportation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science or related engineering field. Candidates with professional certifications in Pipeline Integrity (such as NACE/AMPP, API certificates, etc.) will be given priority.
• Work Experience：3 to 5 years or more of experience in pipeline engineering, asset integrity management, corrosion control or internal inspection (ILI) data analysis. Those with experience in overseas oil and gas fields and long-distance pipeline projects are preferred.
• Language proficiency：Fluent in both oral and written English. Native English speakers are preferred.
• Other skills：Proficient in engineering calculations, pipeline risk analysis software, GIS tools and integrity database systems; able to proficiently use Microsoft Office software
