Job summary

Citizen Sources International is seeking an experienced Pipe Fitter for on-site work in Dubai, UAE. The role involves installing, aligning, and assembling various piping systems, with a focus on Fire Fighting and MEP piping works.

You will read piping drawings, measure and cut pipes, and coordinate with welders and technicians on site. Preference will be given to candidates with UAE experience and immediate joining ability.

Qualifications

• Install, fit, align, and assemble different types of pipes and piping systems.
• Read and understand piping drawings, layouts, and measurements.
• Measure, cut, thread, groove, and install pipes as per specifications.
• Install pipe supports, fittings, valves, flanges, and related components.
• Carry out piping installation for ME P / Fire Fighting systems.
• Assist with pressure testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of piping systems.
• Coordinate with welders, technicians, supervisors, and other site workers.
• Follow all site safety rules and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install, fit, align, and assemble piping systems on site.
• Read and interpret piping drawings and layouts to ensure accuracy.
• Cut, thread, groove, and install pipes per project specs.
• Install supports, fittings, valves, and flanges as required.
• Perform pressure tests and assist with maintenance of piping systems.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely, safe progress.
• Adhere to safety rules and site procedures at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant Pipe Fitter experience.

• Experience in Fire Fighting / MEP / Piping works is preferred.

• Knowledge of sprinkler and fire-fighting piping systems is an advantage.

• Ability to read basic piping/shop drawings.

• Physically fit and willing to work at project/construction sites.

• UAE experience preferred.

• Candidates available for immediate joining will be given preference.
