Job summary

Avanta Works is seeking a motivated Physiotherapist to join our Ras-al-Khaimah team. You will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with diverse physical conditions, developing personalized plans and guiding patients through exercises and therapies.

You will monitor progress, adjust treatments as needed, and educate patients for at-home care, while maintaining thorough documentation and coordinating with other healthcare professionals. Relocation support is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• Experience as physiotherapist is preferred but not required.
• Effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and common procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat physical ailments and disabilities in patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients’ medical history and needs.
• Instruct patients on proper use of exercise equipment, stretches, and other therapies.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients on home management of symptoms.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient records and treatments.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and dieticians when necessary.
