Job summary

DISC - Diversified Integrated Sports Clinic in Dubai seeks a clinically confident physiotherapist to deliver thorough assessments, evidence-based treatment plans, and an exceptional patient experience within a multidisciplinary team.

You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, design integrated rehabilitation programs, and ensure adherence to DHA regulations and infection control while contributing to high-quality care and monthly revenue KPIs.

Qualifications

• DHA licensed physiotherapist required.
• Experience with assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical dysfunction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments using a range of clinical techniques.
• Design and deliver evidence-based physiotherapy treatment plans.
• Integrate therapies across disciplines where clinically appropriate.
• Communicate with patients in a safe, clear, caring, and compassionate manner.
• Ensure every patient interaction reflects DISC's commitment to high-quality care.
• Adhere to all departmental protocols, SOPs, and infection control processes.
• Maintain current DHA licence status and complete all facility licensing requirements on time.
• Uphold DISC brand standards across all clinical and operational activity.
• Contribute to monthly revenue KPIs through consistent, high-quality clinical delivery.
