Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ensure lessons are differentiated to meet the needs of all students.
2. Design, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons to suit the individual needs of all students.
3. Must be willing to teach students in their homes or online depending on the student’s requirement.
4. Communicate accurately and regularly with parents.
5. Assess and monitor student progress and provide targets so that all learners can see success and improve incessantly.
6. Maintain constant awareness of the needs of any students to whom English is an additional language.
7. Maintain a safe learning environment for students.
