Job summary

PulseHire HR in UAE is seeking a Physician Assistant to join a leading international healthcare provider. The role supports physicians across outpatient, inpatient and procedural services within a modern, quality‑driven environment serving a diverse patient population.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team, handle patient assessment, history, examinations and care coordination, and contribute to documentation, education and follow‑up planning.

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant licensure in UAE or eligibility (DHA/DOH/MOH) preferred.
• Clinical experience in outpatient, inpatient or procedural settings advantageous.
• Excellent communication and patient‑centred care skills.

Responsibilities

• Support physicians with patient assessment and care coordination within scope.
• Assist in outpatient clinics, inpatient rounds, procedures, and follow-up planning.
• Coordinate investigations, referrals, and patient education with multidisciplinary teams.
• Recognise clinical deterioration and escalate to supervising physicians.
• Support quality improvement, patient flow, and service efficiency.
