Job summary

Want More is seeking a qualified Physician Assistant to join our Abu-Dhabi practice. The successful candidate will support physicians with exams, procedures, and patient care while maintaining precise records and documentation.

The role requires an associate’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies and UAE licensure, plus a couple of years of experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and initiative are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited institution and a valid license to practice in the UAE.
• A minimum of two years of experience working as a Physician Assistant is preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be highly organized, and be able to take initiative when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with medical procedures such as exams, tests, and treatments
• Provide patient education on preventive health care measures
• Document patient information accurately and completely
• Maintain up-to-date immunization records for all patients
• Prepare medication orders and administer medications as needed
• Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, etc.
• Provide assistance with referrals to specialists or other services as needed
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations related to healthcare delivery
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising physician
