A leading hotel group located in Dubai is seeking a Full-time Photographer to capture high-quality images of interiors, events, and culinary offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio in hotel and lifestyle photography, proficiency in Adobe software, and at least 24 years of professional experience. This role also involves collaboration with the marketing team and ensuring visual content aligns with brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Basic videography skills are an advantage.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Capture high-quality photographs of hotel interiors guest rooms restaurants events amenities and experiences.
  • Photograph food & beverage offerings promotions and seasonal menus in coordination with the culinary and F&B teams.
  • Support coverage of hotel events activations VIP visits weddings and corporate functions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing & Communications team to align visual content with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Edit retouch and deliver images in a timely manner ensuring consistency with brand standards.
  • Maintain and organize a digital image library for marketing and archival use.
  • Ensure proper lighting composition and styling to enhance visual storytelling.
  • Coordinate with external agencies models stylists and influencers when required.
  • Ensure all photography equipment is properly maintained and handled.
  • Adhere to brand standards copyright regulations and usage rights for all images produced.
  • Support internal communication needs including staff events engagement activities and announcement visuals.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Photography Visual Arts Media or a related field.
  • Minimum 24 years of professional photography experience preferably within hospitality lifestyle or luxury brands.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing hotel lifestyle food and event photography.
  • Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of lighting techniques composition and visual aesthetics.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and public holidays as required.
  • Strong attention to detail and creative storytelling ability.
  • Experience working in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
  • Basic videography skills or experience with short-form video content is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
