Job summary

Workato in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE, is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to provide quality pharmaceutical care. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and a valid UAE MOH license, with English fluency and accurate dispensing.

You will dispense prescribed medications, review prescriptions, advise patients on proper use and side effects, maintain records, and stay compliant with pharmacy laws. We welcome applicants from abroad with the required qualifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field.
Must have a valid pharmacist license from the UAE MOH.

Responsibilities

Dispense medications prescribed by physicians and other healthcare providers accurately and efficiently.
Assist in the selection of appropriate medications, review prescriptions for accuracy and completeness.
Provide drug information and advice to patients on the proper use of their medication as well as potential side effects.
Monitor and maintain records of medications dispensed or administered.
Maintain current knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards.
Ensure compliance with the standards of practice set by the regulatory bodies for all pharmacy operations.
Participate in continuing education programs for pharmacists.
