Pharmacist job vacancy in Bani Yas City UAE

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join our team in Bani Yas City. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000 and we are open to considering foreign applicants.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to work under pressure, and have excellent customer service skills. You must be knowledgeable about pharmaceuticals and medications, including their generic and brand names, uses, doses, side effects, interactions, storage requirements and disposal methods. You should also be able to advise on dosage instructions for each medication and provide information about potential allergic reactions or other side effects.

Responsibilities include:

• Receiving prescriptions from customers
• Preparing medications by counting tablets or measuring liquid doses
• Labeling bottles appropriately
• Checking for expired medicines in the inventory
• Providing advice on over the counter medicines
• Answering customer queries regarding medications
• Maintaining accurate records of medications supplied
• Ensuring compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations

The ideal candidate should have at least a bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a related field. We prefer candidates with at least some work experience in a pharmacy setting though this is not essential if you have the right qualifications. A valid license to practice pharmacy issued by the local authorities is also required.
