Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join our team in Ajman. The successful applicant will be responsible for dispensing medications to customers, providing advice on products, and ensuring the safe and effective use of medication. You must have a valid license from the UAE ministry of health and understand the rules and regulations related to pharmaceuticals. The salary for this position is 1000 AED per month.

Duties

• Dispense medication, providing advice on its appropriate use, side effects, dosage and storage.
• Follow protocols designed to ensure patient safety while dispensing medications.
• Receive prescriptions from customers or physicians, verify accuracy and enter information into computer system.
• Receive payments from customers and process insurance claims as required.
• Communicate with physicians regarding prescriptions or drug usage or side effects.
• Ensure that all drug orders are accurately filled with the correct quantity, type and strength of medication.
• Maintain accurate records of all prescription medicines distributed by the pharmacy.
