Job summary

Work standard in Sharjah is seeking an experienced pharmacist to join our retail team. The role involves dispensing medications, managing inventory and counselling patients on therapies; salary is AED 1300 per month.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, have retail pharmacy experience, and excellent customer service skills to support patients and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• Retail pharmacy experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to stay up-to-date with current pharmacy practices.

Responsibilities

• Dispensing medication accurately as prescribed by medical professionals
• Maintaining accurate medication records
• Stocking shelves with medications
• Advising patients on the use of prescription drugs, over-the-counter medications, or other healthcare products
• Answering patient questions about drug interactions or side effects
• Providing counselling services to customers regarding health concerns
